The transformation of the former West Olympia Theatre into Australia’s inaugural 25Hours Hotel, The Olympia, on Oxford Street in Paddington has been shortlisted for:

Ballamac Coogee
The careful restoration and imaginative reworking of the 1860s sandstone Ballamac House into two expansive residences, together with the creation of six luxury oceanfront apartments, has attracted recognition in the following categories:
