We're proud to announce that five Central Element projects have been named finalists across eight categories in the 2026 UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence.

The annual awards recognise the state’s leading developments and the people behind them, celebrating excellence in design, innovation, sustainability and place-making across the property industry.
Our finalists include:

To have five projects recognised across eight categories is a wonderful acknowledgement of our commitment to creating places that are thoughtfully designed, enduring and connected to their communities.
Each project reflects a shared vision between our team and our valued partners, whose expertise and collaboration have helped bring these developments to life.
