Five projects finalists in the 2026 UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence

The annual awards recognise the state’s leading developments and the people behind them, celebrating excellence in design, innovation, sustainability and place-making across the property industry.

To have five projects recognised across eight categories is a wonderful acknowledgement of our commitment to creating places that are thoughtfully designed, enduring and connected to their communities.

Each project reflects a shared vision between our team and our valued partners, whose expertise and collaboration have helped bring these developments to life.

We’re honoured to be recognised alongside so many outstanding projects from across New South Wales and congratulate all of this year’s finalists.

Winners will be announced at the UDIA NSW & ACT Awards for Excellence Gala on Friday, 31 July 2026 at ICC Sydney. We look forward to celebrating with our peers and wish all finalists the very best of luck.
