The year started with a bang as we broke ground on Bianca Drummoyne. This exciting milestone marked the start of a project designed to redefine waterfront living, setting the tone for a successful year ahead.
The Pienza Neutral Bay penthouse collection was launched in March, showcasing a range of thoughtfully designed luxury apartments. The event marked a significant milestone for this boutique project, capturing the interest of buyers drawn to its prime location and architectural excellence.
We submitted the Development Application for our Bondi residences, continuing to shape the future of coastal living through thoughtful and innovative design.
The penthouse apartment at Ballamac House set a record with a $20 million sale prior to the project’s official launch. This milestone highlights the demand for high-quality design and craftsmanship in Coogee’s luxury market.
We announced our first acquisition in Greenwich, marking a new chapter in our growing portfolio.
Anden Coogee was honoured as a finalist in several categories this year, including Best Residential Development at the Property Council’s Innovation and Excellence Awards, and Excellence in Design Innovation and Development of the Year – Small-Scale Residential at The Urban Developer Awards. Anden also won the Five Star Award for Apartment/Condominium Development at the Asia Pacific Property Awards. Additionally, our CE Rebrand was recognised as a finalist for Excellence in Marketing Innovation at The Urban Developer Awards.
We celebrated the topping out of 25hours Paddington, marking a key milestone in this vibrant project.

Beyond our projects, 2024 was a year of personal triumphs. We celebrated team promotions, welcomed new family members, and shared in weddings and engagements. We wrapped it all up with a cracker of a Christmas party — a well-deserved celebration of the year’s achievements.
