February 2025: Announcing our second luxury offering in Bondi Beach
Following the release of the Palazzo Collection at Pienza Neutral Bay, Jonathan Chancellor featured the development in his ‘Off-the-plan luxury’ column in The Australian’s April issue of Mansion Magazine. The Palazzo collection is our second stage release of the highly sought after project that consists of seven penthouse proportioned residences.
“Sixty per cent of the luxury apartments at Pienza, Neutral Bay, have been sold off the plan since marketing began in late 2021. The project at 12-14 Waters Rd is being developed by Central Element, to a design by SJB architects, with 37 apartments following the successful development approval for an additional sixth level last November. A three-bedroom offering fetched a record-setting $7m early in its marketing – and its latest release last month was priced to achieve further record sales figures for the area. Richard Crookes Constructions began building Central Element’s $180m development in February last year with its revised, early-2025 scheduled completion date. The shared communal spaces include a rooftop garden with barbecue and pool above five shops that include Dan Murphy’s premium 2.0 Vintage Store and Italian restaurant Fabbrica. Waters Rd runs off Military Rd near Woolworths. Meanwhile, a luxury off-the-plan apartment sold elsewhere in Neutral Bay for $12.775m last month to a local downsizer in the Wirra by Podia Neutral Bay project.”
