Expertly designed by award-winning architecture and interiors firm, SJB, the exterior form of Pienza is a striking expression of soft luxury – an urban oasis in the heart of Neutral Bay.
The sculpted curves and fine detailing feel contemporary yet enduring, echoing the sophistication of the 37 spacious residences boasting house-like proportions within.
The façade reveal also marks a key milestone in the construction journey, signalling the transition from structure to finish.
Inside, work progresses on the carefully curated interiors by SJB, where natural stone, warm timbers and luxury finishes come together to create warm, inviting spaces that instantly feel like home. So too do works continue on Pienza’s private, resort-style amenities, including rooftop gardens, a pool, gym and yoga deck.
As the finishing touches take shape, Pienza remains on track for completion in Spring 2025.
