Designed by SJB Architects and built by Richard Crookes Constructions, Pienza sets a new benchmark for contemporary living in Neutral Bay. The development features 37 two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as seven sub-penthouses, each with expansive terraces that maximise light, outlook, and space.
Every aspect of Pienza has been designed to balance timeless elegance with contemporary ease.
