Topping Out Bianca Drummoyne

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Sydney Harbour, the topping out ceremony offered a first glimpse of the extraordinary views future residents will soon call home. From the rooftop, guests took in sweeping vistas across Drummoyne Bay and out to the Harbour Bridge and city skyline – a powerful reminder of the rare, absolute waterfront position that defines Bianca.

We marked this important milestone with Nathan Chivas, CE Managing Director and Dean Chivas, CE General Manager of Development, along with key partners, John Fernandes, Develotek Director, Nick Rodopoulos, Trescon Founding Director, Jacqueline Connor, SJB Architect and the wider project team.

Bianca continues to rise as one of Sydney’s most exciting harbourfront projects and the ceremony was a chance to acknowledge the collaboration and craftsmanship behind the project. Designed by SJB and curated by Central Element and Develotek, the twelve expansive, north-facing residences pair house-like proportions with elegant, open-plan interiors – all oriented to maximise those coveted harbour views.
