April 2026: Central Element expands in Drummoyne with second harbour-view site
"Property developer Central Element has sold the penthouse in its luxury Bianca Drummoyne development fronting Sydney Harbour for $14m, setting a new price record for the waterfront suburb. The apartment price, negotiated at $49,000/sq m, reveals the strong demand for high-end waterfront property in harbour suburbs. The buyer, who wishes to remain anonymous, plans to undertake a series of multimillion-dollar bespoke customisations to the apartment, which is one of 12 in the block."
