Designed by SJB Architects and constructed by Richard Crookes Constructions, the 37-unit project was launched off the plan three years ago. Since its first sale in 2022, the $180 million development has attracted strong interest, including a reported $7 million sale for a second-floor, three-bedroom apartment.
Named after the picturesque Tuscan town, Pienza offers a range of two- and three-bedroom residences, each designed to combine European sophistication with modern Australian ease. North-facing apartments feature spacious balconies and flexible work-from-home spaces, while the seven sub-penthouses boast 8-metre frontages and expansive private terraces.
Residents will enjoy a vibrant community lifestyle with ground-floor retail including a Dan Murphy’s 2.0 concept store, Bodylove Pilates, Wholegreen Bakery, and Italian restaurant Trattoria, which promises to become a local dining favourite.
“From the outset, our vision was to create a building that not only elevates apartment living but also enhances Neutral Bay’s village atmosphere, supported by a curated selection of ground-floor retail. We’re incredibly proud to see this vision come to life and look forward to welcoming our first residents as they begin to make Pienza their home."
