Inside Pearl Bondi

Pearl Bondi is a rare expression of coastal living – a collection of five ultra-luxury residences and two houses perched on the cliffs between Bondi and Tamarama, where proportion, craftsmanship, and material richness converge in timeless form. The project embodies a style of coastal luxury that is quiet, refined and impossible to replicate.

Inside, visitors are met with a neutral palette of soft sands, warm natural timbers and a striking feature marble island bench, inspired by Bondi’s natural rhythm. Every surface, texture and material selection has been carefully chosen to reflect the quality and craftsmanship that will define the Pearl homes – timeless, grounded and intimately connected to their coastal surrounds.

Also featured throughout the space are sculptural works by local artist Tan Arlidge, whose pieces perfectly complement Pearl’s calm, tactile aesthetic. Renowned for her ability to capture movement and fluidity through material manipulation, Arlidge’s work reflects the same sense of natural energy and quiet elegance that defines the project.
