This comes off the back of a recent record sale of $9.55m in neighbouring Hunters Hill, also to a local downsizer, in June for a four-bedroom waterfront apartment, proving an appetite for luxury waterfront apartments with house like proportions amongst Hunters Hills and Drummoyne empty nesters looking to downsize from their larger houses.

The sale to a downsizer hailing from nearby Hunters Hill was negotiated by McGrath agents Tracey Dixon and Robert Alfeldi. The north-facing 210sq m sub penthouse has three bedrooms and a multipurpose room. The Wolseley Street project, which is under construction, is expected to complete by the third quarter of next year. Six of the 12 three-bedroom apartments, designed by SJB, have sold.”
