Green light for Bondi
We are thrilled to announce the Development Application (DA) for our second premium Bondi site at 46 and 48-50 Lamrock Avenue has been approved, with acclaimed Sydney-based interior design and architecture firm, Richards Stanisich appointed as the interior designer for the $100 million dollar project.

Rising five storeys, the building will comprise nine ultra-luxury residences, including two two-bedroom, six three-bedroom, and a four-bedroom penthouse. With DA approval now secured, the project moves into the next phase and construction is scheduled to commence in January 2026, bringing this exceptional coastal development one step closer to reality.
