We are thrilled to announce the Development Application (DA) for our second premium Bondi site at 46 and 48-50 Lamrock Avenue has been approved, with acclaimed Sydney-based interior design and architecture firm, Richards Stanisich appointed as the interior designer for the $100 million dollar project.

Set moments from Bondi’s vibrant village and iconic beach, the development promises an enviable lifestyle – perfectly balancing the energy of coastal living with the serenity of a tranquil retreat.
Rising five storeys, the building will comprise nine ultra-luxury residences, including two two-bedroom, six three-bedroom, and a four-bedroom penthouse.
