Greenlight for Bondi

We are thrilled to announce the Development Application (DA) for our second premium Bondi site at 46 and 48-50 Lamrock Avenue has been approved, with acclaimed Sydney-based interior design and architecture firm, Richards Stanisich appointed as the interior designer for the $100 million dollar project.

Set moments from Bondi’s vibrant village and iconic beach, the development promises an enviable lifestyle – perfectly balancing the energy of coastal living with the serenity of a tranquil retreat.

Rising five storeys, the building will comprise nine ultra-luxury residences, including two two-bedroom, six three-bedroom, and a four-bedroom penthouse. Each home has been thoughtfully crafted in collaboration with a world-class design team including MHN Design Union (MHNDU), Richards Stanisich and Dangar Barin Smith.

The project will also make use of the infill affordable housing bonus under the NSW Government’s Low & Mid-Rise (LMR) housing reforms, reflecting Central Element’s commitment to innovative, community-conscious design.

Lamrock Avenue represents our continued expansion across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, building on the success of our ultra-luxury Pearl Bondi project on Sandridge Street, Bondi and Ballamac House in Coogee.

With DA approval now secured, the project moves into the next phase and construction is scheduled to commence in January 2026, bringing this exceptional coastal development one step closer to reality.
