Drummoyne debut
We are thrilled to share that our first Inner West project in partnership with Develotek – the rare waterfront 2C-2D Wolseley Street, Drummoyne site – has been granted DA approval from the City of Canada Bay.

Named Bianca, the project consists of 12 generously proportioned three and four-bedroom waterfront residences boasting uninterrupted views over Drummoyne’s sparkling waters, out to the harbour and city.
Drummoyne is known for its unique location on a peninsula surrounded by water on three sides, meaning it is home to some of Sydney’s best water views. The suburb also offers a relaxed lifestyle with the feeling of being a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city and yet the convenience of just a six-kilometre drive or 18-minute ferry to the CBD.
