Double site for Greenwich
We have lodged the submission of a Development Application (DA) for a new dual-site seniors living community in Greenwich. This project combines our recent acquisition at 130 and its neighbouring 126 Pacific Highway, which we purchased back in April. Working with internationally acclaimed specialist architects Marchese Partners International, the development will set a new benchmark in luxury living for discerning downsizers.

The DA reveals plans for two highly curated mixed-used buildings, with a with a focus on connectivity, sustainability and wellness. Consisting of 59 premium one, two, and three-bedroom residences, alongside amenities including ground-floor retail spaces, over 1,000 square metres of landscaped communal areas, indoor and rooftop pools, a state-of-the-art gym, and flexible meeting and dining spaces. The elevated site offers most apartments stunning views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and CBD skyline.
