From its origins, Pienza Neutral Bay Village has been guided by a clear purpose and strong values: to enhance the lives of its residents in every way, acting as a pioneer of residential building design.
Since launching in 2014, the WELL building certification aspires to transform buildings and organisations by providing a vehicle for property developers to deliver more thoughtful and intentional spaces that enhance the health and well-being of its occupants. WELL v2 builds upon the pioneering foundation of the first WELL Building Standard (WELL v1) as well as a diverse community of WELL users, practitioners, public health professionals and scientists worldwide. There are currently over 30,280+ WELL projects across 98 countries.
WELL v2 includes a set of ten (10) concepts that aim to enhance human health through design interventions, operational protocols and policies. Each concept consists of features with distinct health intents. Features are either preconditions which must be achieved for certification or optimisations which are optional pathways for buildings to meet the requirements of WELL v2.
