The completion of the demolition works and the commencement of the building phase were celebrated in style in February, marking the beginning of a new era for this premium development.

Central Element, in partnership with Richard Crookes Constructions and SJB Architects, is thrilled to announce a major milestone in the construction programme of the Pienza development located in the sought-after Neutral Bay area. The project boasts a value of $180 million and features a boutique collection of 37 luxurious north-facing apartments, each generously proportioned to offer an exceptional living environment.
The completion of the demolition works and the commencement of the building phase were celebrated in style, marking the beginning of a new era for this premium mixed-use project. The development will offer residents access to a communal rooftop leisure space, landscaped gardens, a pool, and a yoga deck. Furthermore, the project will include approximately 2000 sqm of premium commercial and retail space.
