Central Element’s luxury development Anden, a boutique collection of 15 premium quality apartments located beachside at 192 Oberon Street, Coogee is now complete. The 15 luxury lifestyle residences comprise a selection of 1, 2 & 3-bedrooms apartments and two 3-bedroom penthouses. The development launched to market during the first Covid wave however, stood the test of uncertainty in the marketplace at the time seeing buyers flock to the exceptional lifestyle offering.

All apartments feature state-of-the-art automation and AV technology.

Central Element, also acquired the prestigious Ballamac House site located on Arcadia Street, Coogee earlier this year. The development application is currently under review with Randwick City Council. The plans include the restoration of the original Heritage house combined with a signature new build to create a boutique collection of eight three-bedroom residences, with the rooftop and penthouse apartments both split across two levels.
