Fabbrica travels over the bridge
We are delighted to announce that Fabbrica is confirmed as the second tenant for Pienza, Neutral Bay. House-made salumi, handmade spaghetti, creamy sauces and some of the best tiramisu in town – Fabbrica will bring some of the best Italian in Sydney and it’s cult-following across the bridge and into Pienza.

Fabbrica pasta bar will be an amazing addition to the building and will be similar to their existing pasta shop on Kings Street in the CBD, which they describe on their website as “a boundary-pushing dining and retail space in Sydney’s CBD selling handmade pasta, cured meats and cheeses, a range of sauces, minimal-intervention Italian wine and other considered items essential to the ritual of pasta-making.”
Fabbrica is brought to you by Love Tilly Group who are behind some of the most exciting hospitality ventures in the city including Ragazzi, Palazzo Salato, Love, Tilly Devine and Dear Sainte Éloise
Fabbrica will join already confirmed anchor tenant, Dan Murphy’s. Bringing the latest version of their 2.0 vintage store to Neutral Bay, Dan Murphy’s will combine its extensive range with uniquely crafted experiences to discover local and international products, alongside a dedicated wine merchant.
