Our Ethos development will play a key role in the revitalisation of the growing hub of Chatswood, as its first new luxury residential offering in nearly four years.
Working closely with the State Government and Willoughby City Council throughout all stages of planning, the Ethos development will facilitate future growth and employment, achieve exceptional design, and contribute to a distinctive, resilient, and vibrant CBD in Chatswood.
Ethos will establish a new benchmark in built form for future developments in the area, aligned with the Chatswood CBD Planning and Urban Design Strategy 2036.
Completion of the development is anticipated for early 2025.
