Each new team member brings a depth of knowledge in their respective fields and will play a pivotal role in supporting our ongoing growth and expanding presence across Sydney, reinforcing CE’s position as a market leader in premium residential and mixed-use developments.
Kristján Young joins us as Senior Development Manager, bringing an impressive track record on city-shaping projects, including Metro Martin Place with Macquarie Group and Crown Sydney Hotel Resort with Crown Resorts.
Xavier Power comes aboard as Development Manager, with previous experience at Mirvac and KordaMentha, where he played a key role in major urban projects, including a $360 million mixed-use precinct and the Waterloo Estate Renewal bid.
Jarrod Sacilotto steps into the role of Contract Manager, drawing from his background with Mirvac Constructions, Aqualand Construction and Taylor. Jarrod’s expertise in contract management will support the seamless delivery of CE Construction’s expanding portfolio.
Katy Boustead takes on the position of Senior Design Manager, bringing over 12 years of experience across global real estate and construction firms. Katy has led design delivery across all project stages — from acquisition through to completion.
Zara Stanley joins as Assistant Development Manager, following five years at Mirvac where she contributed to the delivery of large-scale, multi-stage residential projects.

Anthony Gribble joins the team as Senior Project Manager with extensive experience from Mirvac and Aqualand. Anthony lead the 55 Pitt Street tower in the CBD. Notable past projects include Blue at Lavender Bay, The Locomotive Workshop and The Foundry building at South Eveleigh, and 200 George Street.
Marcus Agnew joins the team as Assistant Development Manager, with 6 years of experience across Development, Listed Property Funds,& Client-Side Project Management. Most recently, Marcus’s worked on the delivery of an award-winning premium office development, plus the asset management of a $1B listed property trust.
Eliza Sherington: Eliza joins the team as an Assistant Development Manager with over 4 years’ experience at both Mirvac and Scentre group, where she worked on the $900m Waterloo Over Station Development and various large-scale projects within the Scentre Group Portfolio.
Samuel Gibson joins as a Corporate Finance Analyst, bringing over five years experience working across a number of global alternative asset managers and banks at PwC.
