Their plan was to preserve the original 1860s structure while adding a luxury development on the eastern part of the property, which is the prime ocean-view or 'money shot' section."

Ballamac House is a $130 million development that thoughtfully blends heritage restoration with contemporary luxury living. Designed by Central Element in partnership with acclaimed architect and heritage expert, Tonkin Zulaikha Greer, with interiors curated by Mim Design and landscaping by JILA, these residences will embody coastal refinement and timeless elegance.
With construction now progressing towards final fit-out and completion, Ballamac House remains firmly on track for its scheduled completion in December 2025.
