Pienza Village comes to life as final two anchor retailors open

They join Dan Murphy’s and Wholegreen Bakery, completing a carefully curated mix of wellness, dining and lifestyle operators designed to complement the evolving needs of the Lower North Shore community.

Bodylove Pilates brings its signature wellness offering to Neutral Bay, with reformer and mat pilates, barre and yoga classes delivered within thoughtfully designed studio spaces. More than just a fitness destination, Bodylove is centred on movement, wellbeing and community connection.

Meanwhile, Trattor introduces a refined neighbourhood dining experience focused on quality ingredients, thoughtful hospitality and classic Italian flavours. From morning coffee to long lunches and relaxed dinners, it has been designed as a place locals can return to time and again.

Together, the four retailers create the everyday village atmosphere we always envisioned for Pienza. Located at 12–14 Waters Road, Pienza comprises 37 luxury residences above a highly curated retail precinct designed to enrich the daily lives of residents, visitors and the wider community.

As Neutral Bay continues to evolve, mixed-use destinations like Pienza are helping shape a more connected, walkable and vibrant village centre. By bringing homes, wellness, dining and retail together in one location, we’re creating places that support how people want to live today.
