August 2025: Pienza Neutral Bay is set to introduce a vibrant new retail and dining precinct to the Lower North Shore this Spring.
The opening is an important milestone for Pienza and the beginning of a new chapter for the precinct, bringing the first taste of the vibrant village atmosphere we set out to create.
Located on the lower ground floor, the new store introduces Dan Murphy’s premium 2.0 Vintage format to the Lower North Shore, offering a more curated and immersive retail experience for the local community.
From the outset, our vision for Pienza extended beyond luxury residences. We wanted to create a genuine village destination — somewhere residents and locals could connect, shop, dine and enjoy the convenience of having quality amenity on their doorstep.
The arrival of Dan Murphy’s is the first step in bringing that vision to life.
In the months ahead, Dan Murphy’s will be joined by a carefully curated mix of retail, wellness and hospitality operators, further establishing Pienza Retail Village as a new community hub for Neutral Bay.
Above the retail village sits Pienza’s collection of 37 luxury residences, designed by SJB and delivered by Richard Crookes Constructions. Together, the homes and retail spaces have been thoughtfully designed to create a connected destination that complements the character and lifestyle of the Lower North Shore.
As the first retailer to open its doors, Dan Murphy’s signals the beginning of an exciting new era for Pienza, with more openings and community experiences to follow.
