Pienza Retail Village reveals its retail and dining line-up

Located on Waters Road in the heart of Neutral Bay, Pienza Retail Village is set to transform the local retail landscape. As the first anchored retail precinct to be built within 4km of the Sydney CBD in almost a decade and home to 37 luxury residences, Pienza has been thoughtfully designed to meet the evolving needs of the Lower North Shore community. Following the opening of its third studio in Manly this September, Bodylove Pilates will bring its holistic movement philosophy to Neutral Bay with a beautiful new studio inside Pienza.

Founded by Ali Handley, Bodylove is a female-led, purpose-driven brand with a loyal wellness-focused community. Its signature method – The Mindful Burn – blends dynamic, flow-based movement with breathwork to calm the mind, reset the nervous system, and deepen the mind-body connection.

The Neutral Bay studio will offer over 120 weekly pilates, barre and yoga classes across two reformer studios and one dedicated mat/barre studio. Designed to inspire mindful movement and connection, the sunlit and subterranean studios will be paired with walnut herringbone floors, travertine finishes and bronzed hardware, creating a warm, community-focused environment built for longevity and sustainable wellbeing.

Also joining Pienza is Wholegreen Bakery, Sydney’s award-winning, 100% gluten-free artisan bakery. Known for its exceptional pastries, artisan loaves and coffee by Mule Roasters, Wholegreen has cultivated a loyal following since opening in 2014.

Its new Neutral Bay café will offer locals a beautifully curated space to gather, connect and enjoy delicious food made with care.

Rounding out the line-up, Dan Murphy’s will debut its elevated 2.0 Vintage store format at Pienza – the retailer’s top-tier concept and first new-build in inner Sydney since Mosman in 2017. Situated on the lower ground floor, the store will offer unique, curated experiences to explore its extensive local and international range, alongside a dedicated wine merchant.

With a shared commitment to mindfulness, wellbeing and connection, Bodylove and Wholegreen will lay the foundations for a vibrant new village centre – a place for locals, residents and visitors to shop, move, dine and connect.
