New era for Bondi living
We're excited to announce the DA plans for 'Pearl Bondi', our first ultra-luxury collection of residences overlooking Sydney's world-renowned Bondi Beach have been approved. Located at 20-22 Sandridge Street and 21 Wilga Street, the amalgamated 2,050 sqm site is set to be transformed into seven three-bedroom residences – two houses and five house-like proportioned apartments positioned on the ocean’s edge.
