Blending sculptural design, high-end finishes and serene outlooks, the new oceanfront development featuring seven residences priced from $20-30 million has been billed as the most exclusive and prestigious offering Bondi has ever seen.
"On Sandridge Street between Bondi and Tamarama, Pearl will cascade down the hillside above Squid Bay with close to 500 square metres of lush landscaping by Dangar Barin Smith. Crafted from sand-hued brick, textured concrete, veined stone and bronze-toned accents, the project was designed by MHN Design Union. The interiors by Madeleine Blanchfield Architects will feature sculptural stone kitchens with integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, American oak flooring, and microcement and travertine finishes."

Speaking to Domain, CE Director and Co-Founder Shane Smollen says the company didn’t set out to break records; the price point is instead simply a reflection of the value of the property.
