Celebrating a major construction milestone achieved on August 30 as we move one step closer to the highly anticipated opening of Paddington’s newest and most exciting hotel destination, set to welcome guests in 2025.

We’re excited to share that we’ve reached a significant milestone at The Olympia Hotel Sydney alongside our JV Partner, Boston Global! Our recent topping out ceremony was a wonderful celebration, marking the completion of the building’s structure. This event signals that we’re one step closer to opening our doors and welcoming guests to this vibrant new addition to Paddington.
The ceremony was filled with enthusiasm and gratitude as we recognised the hard work and collaboration that have brought this project to life. A heartfelt thank you to our incredible partners: TZG Architects, whose innovative design reflects the spirit of Paddington; and Richard Crookes Constructions, our trusted construction partner dedicated to delivering exceptional quality, alongside many others including IndyK Architects, Woods Bagot and BG&E.
