Welcoming the Year of the Snake
This month, our Ethos display suite in Chatswood was alive with Lunar New Year celebrations as we hosted over 50 valued agents, channel partners and prospective buyers, for a special event to welcome the Year of the Snake, a symbol of wisdom, resilience and transformation.

As our guests enjoyed a selection of cakes, tea and champagne, our Head of Sales, Cameron Porter warmed up the room with an update on Ethos Chatswood and announced a special Lunar New Year incentive.
Then, our Senior Project Manager Anthony Maughan-Wright shared an update on the construction progress at Ethos, the upcoming topping out milestone and scheduled move in date of mid-2025 for future residents. Alongside this, Helena Hu from CBRE, our agent on Ethos, shared some sentiments on the festive period, spoke to the quality of design and build at Ethos Chatswood and gave away some fantastic prizes.
In keeping with Lunar New Year traditions, we marked the occasion by surprising guests with a captivating lion dance, which was a great way to end an unforgettable event.
