Expanding our Bondi legacy

We are thrilled to announce the acquisition and Development Application (DA) lodgement of our second premium site in Bondi Beach. The new luxury offering at 46 and 48-50 Lamrock Avenue was signed in partnership with MHN Design Union (MHNDU), with landscaping by Dangar Barin Smith. This landmark project is set to redefine coastal luxury, introducing a collection of nine ultra-luxury residences, with an end value of $100 million.

Further expanding our footprint in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, this is our second site in the tightly held Bondi Beach, following the acquisition of our $150m Bondi Beach project on Sandridge Street in 2023, where plans have been lodged for seven ultra-premium residences with sweeping ocean views. In addition, construction has commenced at the historic Ballamac House in Coogee, featuring eight luxury three-bedroom residences, including a penthouse that set a suburb record with an off-market $20 million sale. Our Anden Coogee project has received numerous accolades for design excellence since its completion in 2023.

The Lamrock Avenue development is located in the heart of Bondi Beach, just moments from the bustling village renowned for its world-class dining, boutique shopping and iconic beachfront, yet tucked away on a quiet, tree-lined residential street. This will allow future residents to immerse themselves in the best of Bondi while also enjoying a sense of retreat.

The five-storey residential building will comprise of two two-bedroom residences, six three-bedroom residences and one four-bedroom penthouse. Meticulously designed in collaboration with MHNDU, the homes will blend timeless art deco influences with contemporary elegance, ensuring each residence harmoniously integrates with its natural surroundings.

Each floor will feature just two apartments, with the penthouse occupying a whole floor and boasting a wrap-around terrace with panoramic views of Bondi Beach. Two ground-floor residences will extend into private gardens, offering both front and rear outdoor living spaces–an increasingly rare offering in this coveted coastal enclave.
