Lisa Allen reveals our plans to develop an ultra-luxury collection of seven residences in Bondi have been approved, on her MANSION pages of The Weekend Australian.

Lisa also reports award-winning architects, Madeleine Blanchfield Architects (MBA) has been appointed interior designer for the $150m project.
MBA joins the incredible design team behind the project including MHNDU, who has designed each residence to capture the breathtaking views out to the ocean, across Bondi Beach and towards Ben Buckler Headland, and Dangar Barin Smith, who has designed nearly 500sqm of landscaped communal space to complement the residences.
"Central Element has won approval to develop an ultra luxury $150m project with seven houses and apartments overlooking Bondi Beach in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. Prices start from $20m for a three-bedroom apartment in the project known as Pearl Bondi."
