Topping out Ethos Chatswood
We recently celebrated a significant construction milestone alongside our JV partner, MaxCap Group and builder, Growthbuilt, with the topping out of Ethos Chatswood, a landmark luxury residential development in the heart of Chatswood.

To mark this milestone, we hosted an official topping out ceremony with our directors, Nathan Chivas and Dean Chivas and key partners including Peter Sukkar, Co-Founder and Director of Growthbuilt; Adam Ashcroft, General Manager at Growthbuilt; Simon Hulett, Head of Direct Investment at MaxCap; and Andrew Board, Executive Director at PAG.
The event was a chance to celebrate and recognise the collaboration and dedication involved in delivering the highly anticipated $150 million project, which is now one step closer to welcoming its future residents. Thank you to our incredible partners, who have been central in bringing this project to life.
