Construction updates

Over the past few months, significant progress has been made on the construction of Ethos. One of the major milestones achieved is the completion of the ground floor structure. Additionally, we have successfully modified and expanded the jump form to include more elements of the tower’s core. The structure of Level 1 is also well underway, with notable advancement in the installation of adjacent precast panelling on the northern boundary.
Looking ahead, we anticipate completing the Level 1 structure and the associated precast panelling along the northern boundary. The stripping of the basement is set to begin, followed by the fit-out process starting from Basement Level 5 upwards. We are also forecasting the commencement and completion of the Level 2 structure, along with the installation of additional slabs above. With the structure now coming out of the ground, you will start to see Ethos coming to life.

Over the past few months, significant progress has been made on the construction of Pienza. Following the completion of excavation and footings, structural works have advanced from Basement 5 to Basement 1, particularly focusing on the Dan Murphy’s tenancy.
Looking ahead, we will see the carpark fit-out commencing, together with the retail structure on Basement 1. Additionally, the residential structures on Levels 1 and 2 are on track to commence.

Trescon, our chosen builder for Bianca, has been completing the site preparation works and in recent months, demolition activities have begun. This includes the removal of existing buildings and structures, and a thorough site clearing. Simultaneously, earthworks have also commenced.
Looking ahead, completion of the earthworks will pave the way for Bianca’s construction. Following this, a significant milestone will be reached with the pouring of the ground slab, officially marking the start of Bianca’s structure. Additionally, Trescon will erect their crane to support the forthcoming construction activities.
