We marked this important milestone with our directors Wayne Chivas, Shane Smollen and Nathan Chivas, along with key partners, John Fernandes, Director of Develotek, Michael Kounellis and Nick Rodopoulos, Directors of Trescon, and Adam Haddow, Director of SJB, breaking ground on site.
At CE, we seek out exceptional sites in premium suburbs to build luxurious living spaces of the highest quality that establish new benchmarks for their respective areas. For us, it is vital to have partners who really share this vision, and with Develotek, Trescon and SJB on our team, know have something truly remarkable with Bianca.
Established iCIRT certified Sydney builder Trescon has strong experience across a diverse portfolio of projects with a passion for high-end luxury residences, notably the revamp of a 1928 Wunulla Road, Point Piper residence led by architect Richard Stanisich that sold for $69 million.
One of our long standing partners, award-winning architecture and design firm, SJB, has played a pivotal role in many of its developments including Pienza Neutral Bay and Ethos Chatswood.
“Collaborating with Central Element, Develotek, and SJB, we are excited to transform this exceptional site into a landmark property. Bianca is more than just a project for us, it’s a testament to the shared vision we have for designing and constructing incredible spaces that redefine living in Sydney.”

Bianca is the first new waterfront project to be released in Drummoyne since 2020, located in an elevated position on the northern edge of the peninsula with unparalleled water views of Drummoyne Bay, out to the harbour and the city’s stunning skyline. The prime development is attracting local downsizers and empty nesters thanks to its boutique nature and generous layouts built around these iconic views.
The first release of Bianca is sold out, with the second release featuring a selection of three and four-bedroom residences now selling through McGrath sales agents Tracey Dixon and Rob Alfeldi. A display gallery is open by private appointment in Hunters Hill.
Bianca is anticipated for completion mid to late 2025.
