Doubling down on Sydney's Lower North Shore

We're excited to announce our continued expansion on Sydney’s Lower North Shore with the acquisition of two exceptional sites in Mosman and Neutral Bay. Both were secured off-market through direct-to-vendor transactions - a reflection of our strong local relationships and our commitment to creating enduring projects in locations with genuine community connection.

Located on quiet, tree-lined streets within walking distance of vibrant village centres and transport links, the sites at 25–31 Bond Street, Mosman and 54–64 Barry Street, Neutral Bay are set to become home to two new premium residential buildings, featuring a collection of spacious two- and three-bedroom residences, secure parking and thoughtfully designed communal spaces.

Importantly, both projects will also leverage the infill affordable housing bonus under the NSW Government’s Low & Mid-Rise (LMR) housing reforms — representing an opportunity to integrate affordable living options within boutique, design-led developments that contribute to housing diversity and community vibrancy.

“We’re excited to return to Neutral Bay and Mosman with these acquisitions, building on our track record in both suburbs - from The Balmoral Collection to Pienza, which will soon welcome its first residents. Our experience gives us a deep understanding of the local market and the lifestyle drivers that make these suburbs so sought-after. We’ll be drawing on that insight to ensure each project embodies the essence of its location and integrates seamlessly with its surroundings."

Nathan Chivas, CE Managing Director

Development applications for the Bond and Barry Street projects are expected to be lodged by the end of the year, marking the next chapter in Central Element’s continued evolution on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
