"Property developer Central Element has sold the penthouse in its luxury Bianca Drummoyne development fronting Sydney Harbour for $14m, setting a new price record for the waterfront suburb. The apartment price, negotiated at $49,000/sq m, reveals the strong demand for high-end waterfront property in harbour suburbs.
