We’re excited to unveil the plans for our second Neutral Bay project at 54–64 Barry Street, following the lodgement of a Development Application with North Sydney Council for a premium residential development designed by MHNDU.

Strategically acquired last year following the introduction of the NSW Low & Mid-Rise Housing Reforms, the 1,660 square metre site sits on a quiet, tree-lined street within walking distance of the Neutral Bay Club, the vibrant Neutral Bay village, key transport links.
Designed by acclaimed architectural firm MHNDU, the elegant eight-storey building will comprise of 45 thoughtfully designed residences, three levels of basement parking and extensive landscaping integrated throughout the communal areas. Five ground-level apartments will feature private landscaped gardens, while the upper floors are designed to maximise views over Sydney Harbour and the surrounding district.
Residents will also enjoy access to a private communal rooftop terrace, complete with a swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor dining facilities and panoramic views, creating a premium shared environment for relaxation and entertaining.
The building’s façade has been carefully considered to positively contribute to the established local streetscape. Warm travertine stone cladding and bronze colour metal detailing are complemented by generous window openings and landscaped terraces, creating depth, texture and privacy, while reinterpreting the familiar architectural language of Neutral Bay in a refined, contemporary manner.
