We walked away from the night as winners in two of the four awards we were nominated for, with Anden Coogee taking top place in both the Medium Density Development and Design categories.
A boutique collection of 15 luxury lifestyle residences, consisting of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and two three-bedroom penthouses, Anden was completed earlier this year and is ideally located in the beachside Sydney suburb of Coogee. The project’s harmonious design weaves together the original art deco architecture with a new sustainable build and is a great example of biophilic design, promoting a greener and healthier way of life, with its central focus inspiring green spaces including a communal garden that unfolds through a series of tiered lawns and a feature grove of cabbage tree palms.
Two of our other projects were also nominated. Our boutique seniors living development The Balmoral Collection in Mosman was also nominated in the Design and Retirement Living categories. While Ethos Chatswood, a collection of 49 ultra-luxury residence, and 1,200sqm of retail and commercial space in the heart of the eclectic North Shore suburb, was nominated for excellence in Marketing.
“Taking out the award in two of the four categories we were nominated in is a reflection of the tireless work and dedication of our exceptional team and an extraordinary collaboration with our valued partners MHNDU, Lawless & Meyerson, Dangar Barin Smith and Ultra Building Co. Our team has doubled in size over the past two years, and it is thanks to the support across the board that we continue to deliver on our promise to build exceptional living spaces in enviable locations that exceed expectations time and time again.”

We see these awards as further recognition for our company as a major player in delivering quality properties to the NSW market, and looking forward we have a number of exciting projects in the works for 2023 and beyond. The DAs were recently approved for the highly anticipated world-class mixed-use 271 Elizabeth Street Hyde Park and our first Inner West project, the rare luxury waterfront site of Bianca Drummoyne. Construction will also continue at Pienza Neutral Bay, and we will continue to preserve and celebrate the story of the heritage listed Ballamac House Coogee and the West Olympia Theatre in Paddington as it transforms into a leading lifestyle precinct.
