The 2,305sqm amalgamated site is located at 64-66 Lavender Street & 3-7 Middlemiss Street, within walking distance of Milsons Point Station, Milsons Point Ferry, North Sydney Station, Wendy Whiteley's Secret Garden and the many restaurants, cafes and shops located in Kirribili and along Blues Point Road.
Proposed plans for a premium residential building with up to 3% affordable housing have been submitted via the State Significant Development (SSD) pathway, after it was recommended by the Housing Delivery Authority (HDA) and declared a state significant project by the Minister. Next steps involve Central Element working with the planning team to lodge the State Significant Development Application (SSDA) and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).
