Plans are underway for a premium residential building comprising a mix of two- and three-bedroom apartments, secure car parking, and expansive communal spaces. The project will also leverage the infill affordable housing bonus under the NSW Government’s Low & Mid-Rise (LMR) housing reforms.
We'll be looking to draw on the insights gained from our first Neutral Bay project: Pienza, to ensure this project to captures the essence of its location while seamlessly integrating with the surrounding neighbourhood.
