The hotel features three new venues from fashionable London hospitality group, Studio Paskin. Among the trio is The Palomar restaurant, which has held an esteemed Michelin Bib Gourmand award since it opened in Soho in 2014, alongside its cocktail and wine bar sibling, The Mulwray, and coffee and bakery concept, Jacob the Angel.
Former Kiln chef and Sydney local, Mitch Orr is heading up the kitchen as Culinary Director, to oversee the trio of venues making their debut in the Australian market.
