Customer Story: Gavin Hilton
Meet Gavin Hilton. He and his wife have lived in Castle Hill for 20 years and are long term clients of Central Element, they have purchased Central Element properties from Point Frederick, Central Coast to Sydney’s Upper North Shore. Here, Gavin tells his story and how he found the Central Element experience:
What drew you to Aura and your apartment in particular?
I have lived in Castle Hill for 20 years. My first Central Element property was Albany in Point Frederick and most recently I purchased an investment at Aura, Pymble.
As an investment, Aura ticked all the boxes. Great design, high end finishes and good location. It’s 200m to Pymble station providing easy access to the city and is within proximity to local schools. The development also has great amenities including BBQ area, roof-top terrace and community herb garden, which I knew would be a draw card for tenants.
I choose my ground floor apartment as the layout was expansive and had a large outdoor area, so it would appeal to families for rent.
What do you love most about your Central Element properties?
The location, design and the finishes are all exceptional!
After both purchases, I have been so impressed with the quality and level of finishes–they are of a very high standard. My rental agent even commented that the quality of the units is vastly above others that he manages.
How did you find the Central Element experience?
A very easy and seamless process. We were kept informed throughout the build stages with regular construction updates. You gave us plenty of notice as to when settlement was occurring to allow us ample time to arrange finance. Post settlement you have been just as good, responding promptly to any queries I’ve had.
