Presenting Pienza Neutral Bay Village

We have officially unveiled to market our latest mixed-use residential development in the heart of Neutral Bay village.

North Sydney Council approved this month the plans for the $150 million residential and retail precinct. Its presence, positioned on the North Eastern corner of the town centre, will be a catalyst that inspires and propels the town centre to greater aspirations.

With plans kept firmly under wraps until now, the subject site includes the amalgamation of two individual lots to achieve a total site area of 1,627m2. 39 residences, secluded rooftop gardens and infinity pool will be presented for prospective occupiers with ground floor fine grain retail, lower level grocer and basement parking for both residents and the wider community to benefit from.

“Pienza Neutral Bay Village” has been meticulously crafted by award-winning SJB Architects with a vision to elevate the preconceived notions of apartment residences. Savouring the quality, refinement, and exclusivity of North Shore living, it highlights the convenience and joys of having vibrant amenities on your doorstep and a quiet oasis above it all.

Crucially, our commitment to community defines Pienza’s existence. Located on the corner of Waters Road and Grosvenor Street, its completion, expected in early 2024, supports the Council’s Military Road Corridor Planning Study and the future growth plans for the area.

Change will be seen within the public domain immediately surrounding Pienza, pathways will be widened and repaved, inviting pedestrians to wander through and gather at outdoor benches and tables. The row of mature native trees will be retained, with new landscaping and public artworks adding even more greenery and life.

The chosen scheme features a two-tiered façade, responding to its environment.

The base of Pienza is solid masonry with carved-out domes – residences at this level are ‘set’ into the building façade; offering privacy from the street. A podium above this, sits back like it’s atop a stone cliff, creating a defined edge between the two.  Beautifully framed windows are part of the architectural expression of the building, always making sure that the view outside is perfectly presented.

With tremendous care taken to ensure an exceptional generosity of space, the interiors feature design choices more synonymous with a grand house than an apartment including a butler’s pantry, home office, powder room, and private outdoor space. Celebrating individual style and the finer things in life, optional additions include a custom-built bar and fireplace with world class appliances by Wolf and Sub-Zero incorporated throughout.

Along the ground plane of Pienza Neutral Bay Village, over 2,000 square-metres of architecturally designed commercial space will attract a diversity of new merchants and restaurateurs. From specialty supermarkets and stores to eateries: each retailer will be hand chosen to complement the existing fine grain of Neutral Bay as well as the reimagined public domain. With 50 meters of prime North frontage on the Northern Eastern corner of the Neutral Bay, we are currently requesting expressions of interest from potential tenants.
