Paddington Planning Approval

We are thrilled to announce planning approval for our mixed-use hotel project at 1-11 Oxford Street, Paddington in collaboration with our joint venture partner Boston Global.

The proposal will breathe new life into Oxford Street and transform the historic Olympia Theatre into a world-class mixed-use development that includes 101 hotel rooms, entertainment venue, restaurants, rooftop bar and medical facility, seamlessly complimenting the surrounding heritage character.

The proposed hotel and basement entertainment venue will encourage artists back on-stage post-Covid-19 to create a vibrant performance and event space and will secure the area’s creative and cultural future. This development will also be one of the first environmentally sustainable hotels in Sydney and has been designed to reduce its carbon footprint and provide improved environmental performance.
