Local chef, Mitch Orr checks into 25Hours Hotel in Paddington alongside Studio Paskin
Scott Bolles has revealed that former Kiln chef and Sydney local, Mitch Orr has been appointed Culinary Director at the upcoming 25Hours Hotel The Olympia, to oversee the trio of Studio Paskin venues making their Sydney debut in the hotel.

"When London restaurateurs Zoë and Layo Paskin open three venues in Paddington this September, they’ll tackle the Sydney market with some local talent in their corner. Sydney chef Mitch Orr has joined 25hours Hotel The Olympia as culinary director, responsible for steering the Paskins’ restaurant, bar and coffee house in the new hotel."

Amongst the trio of London venues being transplanted to the hotel is The Palomar restaurant, which has held an esteemed Michelin Bib Gourmand award since it opened in Soho in 2014, alongside its cocktail and wine bar sibling, The Mulwray, and coffee and bakery concept, Jacob the Angel.
The venues are part of Studio Paskin hospitality group, which includes Michelin-starred Evelyn’s Table in its London portfolio.
The Paskins will come to Australia to bed the venues down, and bring some of their team with them, but they’ll appoint a local head chef at The Palomar to work with Orr and the hotel.
