New CFO Joins Central Element’s Leadership Team

Central Element is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Chief Financial Officer, Kevin Reinert.

Kevin possesses a wealth of experience and will work closely with Central Element’s leadership team whilst leading all financial aspects of the business including developing long-term capital partner relationships.

Prior to joining the Central Element team Kevin has held a number of finance leadership roles across the real estate industry. He was CFO for DNW Group, whose companies span land development, retail refurbishment, construction and mobility equipment manufacturing. In addition Kevin worked for healthcare funds manager, Centuria Heathley (FUM of $650m) and the publicly listed DEXUS Property Group (FUM of $33.8b) for 8 years.

Kevin will be a valuable addition to the Central Element team as he brings his diverse range of expertise to our development objectives and daily operations. He will have a key focus on developing relationships with both domestic and international capital partners utilising his existing relationships in the marketplace. He feels fortunate to have worked across multiple asset classes with great people, and this new role provides the opportunity to evolve and learn further. Kevin appreciates the unexpected as not a challenge, but rather an opportunity to adapt and build experience.

Nathan Chivas, Central Element’s Development Director says that Kevin’s appointment will fortify Central Element’s ability to deliver its renowned development projects in Sydney’s property industry.

“Kevin’s not only a highly capable and credentialed CFO, but his experience in real estate finance will complement our team and guide our strategy as we deliver the strong outcomes we’re known for, to investors, stakeholders and the residents who call our developments home. I’m delighted to welcome Kevin to the role and to the Central Element team.”
