We are excited to announce our latest acquisition of the iconic Hyde Park Inn on Elizabeth Street, Sydney and neighbouring building at 262 Castlereagh Street after successfully winning a competitive tender process held by the RSL NSW.

The freehold properties are located along the coveted border of Hyde Park where very few development sites remain available. We are delighted to have secured this incredible asset under a long-term collaborative arrangement with RSL NSW for $95 million adding to our current pipeline of upcoming projects worth more than $1 billion spanning residential, commercial and hotel sectors.
