Pymble – Excellence in Medium-Density Development: Below 100 Dwellings
Aura is Central Element’s flagship development. The striking architecture created by PBD Architects uses a stunning mix of natural and modern materials. Glass balustrades ensure that sweeping views are optimised. Nestled within established trees on Pymble’s hilltop, the development contains 79 generously sized residences released at an above-average market price due to their superior design and quality finishes. Kitchens and bathrooms feature stone and concealed lighting for a timeless finish, while open-plan living areas provide luxurious spaciousness .

Point Frederick – Excellence in Small-Scale Infill Development and Excellence in NSW Regions Development (two awards)
Part of Central Element’s revitalisation of the Point Frederick area, Capri’s visionary architecture is the work of White + Dickson Architects. The design incorporates 20 luxurious apartments consisting of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments, with all apartments above level one offering water views.
The building was created as three separate ‘wings’ and is situated within winding waterways, surrounded by lush parklands and a beautiful foreshore.

Point Frederick – Excellence in NSW Regions Development
The Albany was designed by award-winning architects Marchese Partners and consists of 54 stunning architectural residences with a range of studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. The design ensures water views are optimised, whilst also providing privacy for residents. The building’s appeal is enhanced by lush landscaped gardens.
Interiors in the development combine natural finishes with a modern aesthetic and feature luxurious Italian fittings in the kitchens and bathrooms, allowing for effortless entertaining.
