Every Building Tells a Story

At Central Element we have a thirst for an enthralling story.

And it doesn’t take an iconic building to tell a great tale. Some buildings tell us stories of the locals that have lived there for decades, of the evolving cultural times or the transformation of a city.

We take the time to understand a building’s unique past and artfully add to its charm.

Did you know these stories behind our key developments?

  • Before The West Olympia Theatre became one of the longest running cinemas in Sydney, it originally operated as Sydney’s largest brewery in the 1880’s.
  • The art deco façade that will make up The Anden in Coogee, is a key feature of the Coogee Art Deco Walking Tour and once completed will be even further admired for its contemporary facelift.
  • Legendary architect Bruce Dellit designed The Anzac Memorial opposite our Hyde Park development as well as the heritage listed buildings of The Malton development. It’s fate!
