The opportunity
Just 18km from Sydney’s CBD and close to the airport, Mascot is an area where residents can enjoy supreme amenity and a comfortable lifestyle. A strong growth area, Mascot has an increasingly limited supply of available land – making the acquisition of our site at 5 Haran Street all the more valuable.
Design approach
Together with PBD Architects, we created a building with a unique articulated façade: a feature that made it an instant stand-out. Due to the site, construction was not straightforward – however Central Element liaised with specialist contractors to manage early works, mitigating time and cost.
Delivered on time and budget, the end result is a boutique apartment featured flowing layouts, generous ceiling heights and an abundance of natural light. Linear also capitalises on its park-side setting, offering proximity to buzzing local culture, yet
retaining a sense of privacy and calm.
